     • Observation(s): Some electrical outlets in the activity room do not have child safety covers. The Manager addressed this concern immediately and the current systems for inspecting the physical facility for hazards were discussed. Not covering electrical outlets can increase the likelihood of young children inserting objects into them, which may result in electrical shocks or minor injuries. Corrected during inspection - no action required.
