      • 1. The doorway into the kitchen is in direpair with missing paint. Repair and repaint the area so it is smooth, impervious, and easy to clean.2. Caulking behind the hand sink in the kitchen is in disrepair. The wooden board behind the sink is expanded from water. Repair and seal the area to avoid water damage.
