      • Corrective Action(s): Bowl discarded. If you want to marinate food items, use a re-usable bowl that can be washed/rinsed/sanitized; if you use a disposable bowl, it must be discarded after each use

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Rice found inside the prep sink measured at 15C. Operator reports rice was made 1 hour ago and washed with cold water
      • 2) Noodles found in room temperature on top of a shelf at 18C. Operator reports Noodles were made 30 min ago and washed with cold water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not keep potentially hazardous food in room temperature. Operator relocated both food items into a working cooler.
