- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in sink and bucket at 0ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer is made manually instead of with an automatic system.
- Quats sanitizer remade using proper number of pumps of concentrate. 5 pumps for the sink full of water provided 200ppm Quats. Sanitizer bucket refilled from the sink.
- **Ensure staff are educated that it takes 5 pumps and not 1 pump of the Quats concentrate to achieve 200ppm of sanitizer. Purchase test strips so staff can verify every batch of sanitizer staff are making. by Sept 20/24

- Sanitizer wiping bucket had 0ppm Quats
- Corrective Action(s): 1) New chlorine bucket attached to dishwasher and dishwaher was tested again and it had 50ppm Chlorine
- 2) Quats was not added to wiping cloths bucket originally, once mixed properly it was at 200ppm.
- Ensure staff are properly mixing the sanitizing solution for cloths. Check the dishwasher sanitizer concentration daily and record on daily temperature log sheet, using test strips that are on site
