      • OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY AND OUTER OPENINGS NOT RODENT PROOFED. APPROXIMATELY 60 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE PET FOOD STORAGE SHELVES AND REAR STORAGE AREA. ALSO, THERE IS A LARGE 6" GAP IN THE BACK WALL OF THE STORAGE AREA UNDER THE MOP SINK AND A 1/2" GAP ALONG THE WALLS AROUND THE A/C UNIT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND RODENT PROOF THE FACILITY. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
