- At time of inspection:1. Chemical sanitizers were not being tested to verify concentration. The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure chemical test strips are made available and are being used to verify the concentration of the sanitizer being used in this facility.****THIS ISSUE WAS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.

Remove all chemical spray bottles (that are accessible) and store them in a suitable location (i.e. chemical storage cabinet or equivalent in the rear storage area).****THIS ISSUE WAS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.

- At time of inspection:1. A qualified pest control professional / company routinely monitors this facility for pests. Records / documentation appear to be kept up-to-date and available for review - SATISFACTORY.2, The front entrance door (between both doors) were not properly sealed to help refrain from pest entrance. The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Re-seal the front entrance door. It is appreciated that this door gets opened and closed constantly. It would be best to re-seal this door during the spring months (i.e. May) and re-check it in the later fall.
