      • *Nail buffer and file were not in clean and good condition in one of the pedicure stations. They had sign of reused. Corrected during the inspection. They were discarded by the operator.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • *Nail drill bits were kept in the alcohol solution.-Please make sure they are cleaned and sanitized in high level disinfectant CS20.* Nail brush was soaked in the barbicide at the sink for customer use. * Please make sure either they have cleaned and disinfectant before each use or remove from the area. Hand washing is highly recommended instead of brush use.

Please make sure single use are discarded after each use. please make sure single use items are not reused. *Manicure stations -Some of the used nail drill bits left on the drills. Please make sure used single use items are not left on the workstations. Please make sure they are properly discarded after used.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • *Waxing bed cover was not in good repair/ condition. Please make sure waxing bed cover is replaced and maintained in clean and good condition.*Some of the clean tools left beside the dirty tools. Please make sure clean tools are kept in closed containers to prevent contamination of the tools
