- Ambient temperature of the glass door fridge was at or above 6.1 C. Cheese stored in this fridge was probed at 7.8 C. Temperatures of the fridge fluctuated depending on the area of the fridge. Hazardous items were moved to the other fridge. Operator advised to ensure the glass fridge is only used for low-risk items such as canned pop and acquire another unit for addition fridge storage of hazardous foods or store all hazardous foods in the built-in fridge (providing limited space) or replace the glass fridge.
