      • Send written procedures for the following:-Cleansing of skin prior to microneedling and dermaplaning. -Application of antiseptic product prior to micro needling-Post-care procedure after micro-needling.
    • 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
      • No antiseptic was being used when providing microneedling services.- An antiseptic is required prior to performing an invasive service and is applied after cleansing the skin.
    • 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
      • Sterility documentation was not being retained for microneedling services.- Informed that the documentation will be stapled to client records moving forward.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The Preempt Wipes being used to disinfect client surfaces were expired.- Ensure that disinfectant wipes that are used and available are not expired.
