- There were no chlorine test strips available to test the chlorine concentration (i.e. of sanitizing solution in the compartment sink or chemical spray bottle). Please ensure chlorine test strips are made available to test the concentration of any applicable sanitizing solutions.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Front and back doors were not completely sealed at the bottom to prevent the entry of pests. Please ensure that the gaps are properly sealed to prevent the entry of pests.
