Please verify labels and ensure food products requiring refrigeration are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius and below. Staff discarded the margarine during the inspection. 2. Eggs are noted between 16.0 and 19.1 degrees Celsius (verified 3x times). Please ensure high-risk food such as eggs are stored at 4 degrees Celsius and below or discard the eggs after 2 hours at room temperature. The eggs were discarded during the inspection by staff.
