      • The prep fridge with high-risk food products is noted at 8.8 degrees Celsius (verified multiple times with the laser and probe thermometer. Please ensure all prep fridge are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Staff moved all high-risk food products to a prep fridge at 4 degrees Celsius and below.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The prep fridge is noted at 8.8 degrees Celsius. Please ensure all prep fridges are in good repair and maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius and below.Staff turned down the temperature of the prep fridge during the inspection.

      • 1. Margarine requiring refrigeration as per label, is noted at 25 degrees Celsius on the counter. 1. Please verify labels and ensure food products requiring refrigeration are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius and below. Staff discarded the margarine during the inspection. 2. Eggs are noted between 16.0 and 19.1 degrees Celsius (verified 3x times). Please ensure high-risk food such as eggs are stored at 4 degrees Celsius and below or discard the eggs after 2 hours at room temperature. The eggs were discarded during the inspection by staff.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel is missing from the dispenser.Please ensure paper towel is available at all times for proper hand hygiene. Staff replaced the paper towel in the dispenser during the inspection.

      • The following areas or items require some cleaning:- Cutting boards. - Parts of the walls. - A few white bins.Please clean all indicated areas and ensure all areas and items are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
