- A weather strip was noted to be missing from the back overhead door. Please install the missing weather strip.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. The bottom of the shelving units was noted to be made of bare wood. Please paint all bare wood and ensure they are made of smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state.2. Cracks were noted on the floor in the back storage area. Please seal all cracks. 3. Dirt was noted by the back overhead door. Please remove all dirt and repair the floor and ensure it is maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state. 4. Water damage was noted on the ceiling located on top of dry storage/office area. Please remove all water damage materials and replace them. 5. Light covers were noted to be missing from dry storage area. Please install missing light covers.
