    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Eggs are being stored in the left hand side double door cooler which is providing a display temperature of 12.6C - the bios thermometer indicates a temperature of 10C while the other digital thermometer is displaying a temperature of 12.4C. The eggs were relocated into the right hand side cooler which is functioning properly; the owner will be contacting a repairman shortly to repair the left hand side cooler.
