In order to wash hands properly the user must use dispensing unit multiple times. Not all staff will do this which means proper hand washing may not always occur.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot holding unit not functioning properly. Potentially hazardous food items such as Spinach pastry, Spinach cheese pastry and meat pastry held at temperatures less than 60 degrees Celsius - Internal temperature of 31 degrees Celsius observed.
