- Corrective Action(s): Bulk foods (with the exception of whole produce or wrapped foods) must be dispensed in a way that protects it from contamination. Place product in food grade bins with lids with a designated spot for bags and scoops.
- Until proper equipment is obtained, do not sell bulk product. Prepackaged product is allowed.
