      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff were not able to locate drain plugs for the three compartment sink. Staff indicated they have not seen drain plugs due to some relocation of equipment. Operator showed up during the inspection and the drain plugs were located.
      • Corrective Action(s): Wash, rinse, and sanitize all equipment and utensils that were washed today. Staff created a sanitizer solution that registered at 100 ppm chlorine and began washing the utensils during the inspection.

      • Observation: Operator indicated that a walk-in cooler was removed and then they reorganized cooler and freezer units in the facility.
      • Corrective Action(s): Provide an updated floor plan to the district Health Inspector for review and approval. Provide a copy of the specification sheet of the equipment and updated list of food products that are stored in the cooler and freezer units.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towels were not accessible from the paper towel dispenser in the staff washroom.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsinks are kept supplied with single-use paper towels, liquid soap, and hot and cold running water. Staff opened the paper towel dispenser to enable access to the single-use paper towels for interim use. Operator informed they would repair the dispenser and replace the battery.

      • Observation: Food safety plan requires revisions that were previously provided to the Operator.

      • Corrective Action(s): Cloths were removed from the insert and discarded and insert to be cleaned. Ensure that all damp in-use cloths are stored fully submerged in sanitizer solution to prevent cross contamination of food or food contact surfaces.
