      • The following written procedures require completion:- Cleansing of the skin- Decontamination of a reprocessing sink also used for handwashingREQUIREMENT: Complete the above written procedures.

      • Paper towel was not available in a suitable dispenser located in the reprocessing area (i.e. bathroom)REQUIREMENT: Provide paper towel placed in a proper dispenser.holder.

      • There was no user manual available for the RF machine.REQUIREMENT: Obtain and ensure the correct user manual is readily available for all energy emitting equipment.

      • Some cosmetic products (G'Lanmisu & EASTEU) did not have a list of ingredients available.Operator has stated these products will not be used.REQUIREMENT: Ensure all cosmetics products used or provided have a full list of ingredients available on the packaging.

      • 1) The reprocessing area is located in a bathroom which contains a flush toilet.REQUIREMENT: The flush toilet cannot be used if this area will be a reprocessing area. Hinder, impede, and prevent any use of this toilet to the satisfaction of the Public Health Inspector.2) The reprocessing sink has debris located at the drain area.REQUIREMENT: Clean the sink so there is no debris anywhere in the basin.
