      • Used wiping cloths were being left on counters near the coffee machine instead of being returned to the sanitizer solution after each use. The operator removed the dirty cloths.

      • Used wiping cloths are being left on the counters instead of being returned to a sanitizer solution after each use. No premade sanitizer solution was available in the front food handling area.- Corrected, review with all staff.

      • Cooked tapioca balls stored at room temperature had no time label. - A maximum 2 hour hold time for cooked tapioca stored at room temperature after which time the product must be discarded.- Staff informed the food was past the 2 hour hold time. Food discarded.

      • Brooms/mops stored in front of the designated handwash sink. Items were relocated.- Keep the area in front of designated handwash sinks empty at all times.
