- The washing machine has a water puddle underneath it. Staff indicated the washing machine is leaking. Repair/ or replace the washing machine and ensure the washing machine is kept in good repair and in a sanitary condition. In the meantime, until the repairs are completed/ or the washing machine is replaced, stop using the washing machine and choose one of the following:-use single-use disposable aprons and cleaning cloths.- or hire a third-party laundry service company for laundering aprons and cleaning cloths. Staff cleaned up the puddle during the inspection.
