- Some cold and hot foods were found to be held at inappropriate temperatures.1. Biryani rice was measured at 34 °C. The operator was instructed to discard the rice during the inspection, and the pot of rice was removed from the event area.2. Pancake batter was measured at 10–11 °C. The operator stated that the batter was prepared that morning and refrigerated prior to the event. Additional ice was added to a bucket placed under and around the batter container to reduce and maintain the temperature at 4 °C.3. Hot soups were measured between 48 °C and 50 °C. The operator was instructed to reheat the soups to 74 °C using a hot plate and to maintain them at 60 °C thereafter.

- Dirty food utensils, such as food covers, were brought to the events.-Some of the dusty utensils were wipe twice with sanitizer solution prior to use, while others were deemed unsuitable and were not permitted to be used at the event.

- The cooler did not have adequate ice and items such as Raita was not maintaining temperature (temperature measured 10C). The operator was added ice to the cooler.
