- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.Noticed rice (in a cooker) stored underneath the bulletin board with push pins.
- 2. Corners of the bus pans used for cooling hot food items are secured using metal wires.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all push-pins and thumb tacks etc from the bulletin board to remove chances of physical contamination of foods.

- Corrective Action(s): 1. As dicussed, clean and disinfect all affected areas after removing mice droppings. Ensure to move all items completely before cleaning. Disinfect the affected surfaces and floors with 1:20 bleach water solution ( By March 27, 2024).
- 2. Continue to watch for any new droppings in all areas of the restaurant especially in all hard-to-reach areas, underneath and behind shelving and equipment. Place mice traps (e.g. glue traps) underneath shelving.
