- The fridge was plugged in a couple hours prior to the event but was only at 9 C in the bottom portion where milk was being stored. Milk was relocated to a fridge on site until the temperature of the cooler reaches 4 C. Please ensure dairy products are only store at 4 C or colder.

- Insufficient hot water was coming through the taps due to the broken pump. Water in sufficient quantities is necessary for proper hand washing.

- There are two pumps for the hot and cold water and the hot water pump was not working. Business closed to repair the pump.
