    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The flooring of the facility is carpeting. - Carpeting is not acceptable flooring as it is not smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, and easily cleanable. - The operator advised a smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, and easily cleanable flooring will be installed within a month.

    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Operator reported that the reusable hydrodermabrasion diamond tips are disinfected with a low-level disinfectant.- Hydrodermabrasion diamond tips (semi-critical equipment) must be disinfected with at least a high-level disinfectant, as they may come into contact with non‑intact skin during exfoliation. A plumbed reprocessing sink is also required because mobile sink is not acceptable for reprocessing semi-critical equipment.
