- Chlorine (Bleach) sanitizer is used. Facility was using 4 tbs to 1 liter ratio. This is far too strong. Please use 1 tsp per liter and use the test strips to get a concentration of 100 ppm.

- The chlorine test strips on site are expired. Please purchase new ones.
