- The dishwasher sanitizing temperature is measured to be at 38 degrees Celsius. Ensure that the dishwasher is repaired to maintain temperature at 71 degrees Celsius. Dishwasher must not be used until the temperature is verified. Facility will be putting a sign on the dishwasher to advise that it is not to be used. Facility has a three compartment sink that can be used to wash dishes.
