      • Bleach sanitizer spray bottle measured at less than 50 ppm. Test strips have expired.
      • Obtain new chlorine test strips and ensure sanitizer is at 100--200 ppm chlorine. Operator added more bleach to solution; now measuring 100 ppm determined by test strips. Comments Routine inspection conducted for hot dog cart; seasonal operation from April to September. Commercial kitchen at Quadra Village Community Kitchen. Three compartment sink available with hot and cold water, soap, and paper towel. FoodSafe certified staff onsite. Cooler at 4°C or less and hot holding at greater than 60°C. Surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable. Health approval to operate granted for the season.
