      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 issues:
      • -bar area frozen drink machine (left chamber) is not operational but was found to have syrup and mildew build up on the exterior and interior of the unit
      • -mechanical slicer in the kitchen found to have food debris stuck in the sharpener housing
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that both units are cleaned and sanitized immediately after use.

      • -rodent droppings noted in the following areas: behind the CO2 tanks, around the stacked washing machine unit, on the floor in hard to reach areas of the dry storage, and behind the chemicals in the dishpit
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas and seal any holes around the shredded insulation. Remove the dead mice and sanitize area.
