      • The event will be greater than 4 hours per day and greater than 3 days in total. The operators plans to handle open food. There is no plumbed in hand wash sink available in the booth. There is a temporary hand wash sink, which was empty of water.For events lasting greater than 4 hours per day and more than 3 days in total, plumbed in hand wash sinks are required.
