      • One set of power outlets in the main playroom were not covered at the time of inspection. Operator indicated that additional outlet covers were being acquired. Blocking this outlet in a way that makes it inaccessible to children would also be acceptable.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips to verify the concentration of diluted bleach disinfectant used to wash toys with was not available during inspection. Acquire suitable chlorine test strips to verify a 100ppm concentration of bleach disinfectant used.
