      • Please obtain new bleach test strips as the current ones were discolored. Please also ensure quats test strips are obtained for the quats sanitizer if used (should be maintained at 200ppm).

      • Hand sink is available and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in the servery area. A hand sink is necessary in all food preparation areas as per Section 17(1)(e) of the Food Regulation. Conveniently located and accessible hand sinks ensure staff are washing hands.*** Please provide a plan and timeframe for installing a hand sink in the food preparation area. Ideally the installation should be completed by June 30, 2025. ***

      • The chemical dishwasher sanitizer concentration was not registering adequate concentration when tested. *** Immediately manually sanitize all dishes in chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm for 2mins. ****** Repair the dishwasher to ensure that adequate sanitizer concentration is provided. ***Once dish washer is repaired, please contact me.

      • There was no evidence of pest. Monitoring activities are taking place but not being recorded.*** Please record pest monitoring activities monthly. ***

      • Cutting boards were observed to be deeply scarred and stained. These scars and stains indicate that the cutting boards cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.*** Please replace or resurface the cutting boards. ***

      • The counter in the cashier area has one section of the Arborite that needs to be reglued.Blake Kober mentioned that the countertop will be fix by the end of the week. Advised operator to send photo when repair is completed.
