Written procedures for post-service care has been completed for PMU services (lips, brows, eyeliner).Reprocessing sink will not be used for hand hygiene therefore written procedures for sink decontamination is not required.

      • The alcohol hand based rub (ABHR) was expired and was removed by the operator.

      • Some pigments/inks used for PMU services had worn labels and were requested to be removed from the facility. Re-iterated the requirement to ensure that all cosmetic products have the following labels: product identity, product manufacturer, list of ingredients, instructions for use. Original packaging/containers and/or pamphlets may need to be kept.
