- Clean & organize storage rooms and declutter. All food & packaging to be stored properly & >= 6 in. 15 cm. off of the floor. Remove unused / old stock & determine proper dispositions for product. Cease use of shed for storage of food and packaging until it meets all code requirements (remove all droppings, pest proof doors and any other areas, all surfaces smooth and easily washable, & lighting provided). Maintain paper toweling inside the dispenser for use and clean handwash sink daily (corrected during inspection).
