- The bleach sanitizer is noted at a concentration of 50 ppm. Please ensure the bleach sanitizer is maintained at a concentration 100 ppm. Staff added bleach to the sanitizer solution, and it measured 200 ppm.

- The handwashing sink is not functioning. Please repair the handwashing sink and ensure handwashing sinks are in good operation.In the meantime, please use the middle compartment of the three-compartment sink for handwashing.

- A strainer ladle is damaged making it difficult to clean.Please ensure all utensils are maintained in good repair and are easily cleanable.Kitchen staff discarded the ladle during the inspection.
