Hand sink in kitchen had water valve turned off below basin due to constant water leak from the knee paddle valve. - Make sure the kitchen handwash sink is repaired and is fully functional.2. Soap dispenser at the kitchen hand sink was broken. No soap was available at the handwashing station.- Install hand soap dispenser.- Ensure handwashing station has hot and cold-water access and is supplied with paper towels and soap at all times.
