- 1) The concentration of Quats in 2 of the sanitizer buckets was measured below 200 ppm. - Please change the solution at adequate intervals. Quat sanitizers must be used at 200 ppm. 2) Cleaning cloths used to wipe down espresso machine steam wand was not stored in a sanitizer solution. - Please store cleaning cloths in sanitizer solution in between use. The cloth must be completely submerged.
