    • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • 1) The bar glasswasher had an empty sanitizer bottle. The glasswasher is unable to sanitize dishes, which will allow pathogens (bacteria & virus) to be passes to customers.
      • 2) There is mold/mildew on the baffle inside the ice making bin. The mold/mildew will contaminate the ice and could make patrons ill. As well, staff are no longer recording the date the ice machine is being cleaned, last date recorded was 2 years ago.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • 1) Immediately install a full bottle of sanitizer into the glasswasher, prime the lines, and test to ensure the concentration is correct...before placing glasses in the machine. During the inspection, staff installed a full bottle of sanitizer into the machine.
      • 2) Clean the interior surfaces of the ice machine to remove mold/mildew. Retrain staff to record the date the ice machine is cleaned.

    • 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
      • Observation:
      • Dirty, Gordon Ramsey Burger restaurant, glasses found stacked in dish pans on the stage. These glasses will attract and breed flies due to alcohol and sugar left in the glasses.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Immediately washa and sanitize the glases. Dirty glasses shall be collected, washed, and sanitized EVERY night before closing, to prevent pest problems.
