      • Some build-up of food scraps/debris in hard-to-reach areas.
      • Please thoroughly clean these areas (under tables/units, along walls), and ensure to regularly pull units and clean under fixed furniture to prevent potential pests. Comments Routine inspection conducted March 24, 2026: Facility is clean and organized; no signs of pest activity. Hand sink is well-equipped and unobstructed. All protective temperatures meet regulatory standards, monitoring logs are maintained. Surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle measured at above 71 degrees Celsius at plate level for both the main kitchen and servery. Surfaces are smooth and non-porous. Food storage practices are satisfactory. FoodSafe-certified food handlers available on site. Light fixture covers have been replaced.
