- Corrective Action(s): Profesional pest control visit frequency needs to be twice per month minimum effective immediately. Failure to reduce mice activity can result in closure of the food premises. Ensure that you are following ALL recommendations of the pest control technician. ALL food contact surfaces must be sanitized before you open each day. All foods in dry storage must be stored in sealed bins, and any spilled food must be cleaned up daily to reduce food sources for pests. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

- Corrective Action(s): A full and thorough cleaning of the entire kitchen and storage areas is required today. Rodent droppings need to be safely cleaned up. Make a bleach solution of 20ml of bleach to 980ml water and pour on the droppngs. Wait 10 minutes and wipe up. Do not sweep or vacuum rodent droppings. Wear a proper mask and gloves. Worksafe BC has information of the proper clean up of rodent issues. Failure to ensure routine and proper clean up of rodent issues can result in the closure of your food premises.

Pest control traps present but company has not attended recently. Contact pest control company to preovide atleast monthly service. Proper cleaning of rodent droppings is important. - Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have this handwashing station properly equipped at all times, as this sink is the only handwashing sink designated for the staff working at the pizza station.
