- Front hand sink doesn't have a proper paper towel dispenser. Install a paper towel dispenser that is fixed and protects the paper towel from contamination.

- 1. Counter top across from the walk-in freezer was worn. Please repair. 2. Wall behind the countertop across from the walk-in freezer was constructed of unfinished wood. Please repair.3. Wood below the stand mixer was unfinished. Please refinish.4. Baseboard beside the walk-in freezer was loose. Ensure that it is properly fastened to the wall.Ensure that all surfaces are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.
