- The waxing room hand sink was not supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Staff prepared a new pump bottle of liquid soap and new paper towels during inspection.Keep all hand sinks supplied with soap and paper towels at all times.

- Several bottles of cosmetic products were either missing labels or labelled incorrectly. Staff relabelled bottles during inspection. Ensure that all portioned cosmetic products are labeled correctly. Keep original containers with manufacturer's instructions available on site.
