- Staff diluted the bleach sanitizer spray bottle and after the dilution 200 PPM were detected. Reminded staff that 2 tsp + 1 L water makes 100 - 200 PPM chlorine sanitizer solution.

- Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected during the inspection** The following food were noted being held from 8.8C - 11.5C (picture evidence were collected): 16 trays of raw chicken, and packages of marinated beef bulgogi. All 19 packages were discarded by the staff during the inspection, bleach solution was added to the discarded meat.
