- The automatic paper towel dispenser for the pool deck washroom was not operational at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the paper towel dispensers for the washroom are operational at all times.

- The shower temperature of the deck showers was observed to be 50.3 degrees Celsius at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that the shower temperature is between 35-45 degrees Celsius.

- The emergency phone and emergency shut-off for both the swimming pool and whirlpool basins are not being tested and/or documented on a regular, as needed basis. Frequency of testing is to be determined by the facility. Please ensure this action is being taken.
