      • The microbiological sample collected 18/09/2025 [25EN-262E00047] was unsatisfactory: HPC 170 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

      • 1. The combined chlorine of the whirlpool was tested to be at 4.31ppm during the time of the inspection. Please ensure that the combined chlorine is maintained in the lowest possible level. 2. The total alkalinity of the whirlpool was tested to be at 36 ppm during the time of the inspection. Please ensure that the total alkalinity is maintained between 60-180ppm.

      • 1. The flow rate for the whirlpool was observed to be at 104.9 GPM during the time of the inspection, this resulted in the turnover rate being 21.6 minutes. Please ensure the turnover rate for the whirlpool is no higher than 20 minutes.2. A floating weir was missing from one of the skimmers in the whirlpool. The skimmer outlet furthest from the mechanical room on the side furthest from the windows had no floating weir or floating basket at the time of the inspection. Please ensure all skimmers are equipped with a floating weir or a floating basket at all times.
