      • The hand soap dispenser is not workingPlease ensure the dispenser is working at all times as hand washing is a part of preventing contamination of food and work surfaces.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The weatherstripping is missing under the back receiving door. Please ensure new weatherstripping is applied. Weatherstripping maintained in good repair help to prevent pests from entering the facility.
