     • Tweezers used for eyebrow hair removal was not disinfected using a high-level disinfectant such as Preempt CS20 or HDL5. Please purchase a high-level disinfectant and correct test strips. The disinfectant solution in disinfection jar can be used for up to 14 days upon daily testing. Please also complete the attached high-level disinfectant log.
