The internal temperature of the small display cooler in the concession area was 9C. All high-risk foods were moved to the other cooler. Monitor temperature of the cooler and ensure it can maintain a temperature of 4C or lower.

- The scoops for the sugar and flour were stored with the handles touching the sugar/flour. Ensure all scoops are stored in a manner that prevents contamination of product via scoop handle or hands. Scoops were taken out of bins and stored on top.
