      • Update: dishwasher still not working properly. Facility is using dishwasher for wash and rinse then sanitize manually using chlorine solution. Repair in progress.The mechanical dishwasher was not able to dispense sufficient sanitizer. It was also leaking, and the door did not hold by itself. Please manually wash/rinse/sanitize dishes using the 3-compartment sink while the dishwasher is being repaired.

      • The mechanical dishwasher was not able to dispense sufficient sanitizer. It was also leaking, and the door did not hold by itself. Please manually wash/rinse/sanitize dishes using the 3-compartment sink while the dishwasher is being repaired.

      • Two bags of bread were placed under the paper towel dispenser beside the handsink, causing contamination by water dripped from hands. The bread was discarded onsite.

      • Frozen meat was placed under room temperature for thawing. The operator was directed to put the meat in the cooler. Please NOTE the 3 approved thawing techniques: 1) in a cooler 4C or below overnight or 2) under cold running water or 3) using microwave only if the item will be used immediately.

      • - The cleaning clothes used for cleaning food surfaces are not being sanitized after use. The staff has been notified, and they have placed all the used clothes in sanitizer.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • - The bleach solution in two spray bottles was found to be unlabeled. The staff was promptly notified and took the necessary action of labeling the spray bottles. This was done to ensure easy identification and to prevent any accidental misuse.

      • - During the inspection, the staff was unable to provide confirmation that they had successfully completed their food safety training.Please ensure an adequate number of staff have their food safety training completed.
