      • Facilities shepherds hook was damaged, and a new one will need to be purchased. A non-conductive reaching pole and throwing assists with rope must be installed and mounted on the wall. These pieces of safety equipment are still missing as noted from the last monitoring inspection.

      • The emergency phone was removed during the recent shutdown for the pool membrane replacement and the emergency phone has not been reinstalled. Install the emergency phone.

      • Some of the Lifesafety equipment has not been reinstalled, specifically the shepherds hook. Ensure all safety equipment is installed.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The soap in the shower stall and in the bathroom were either empty or not working. Shower soap dispenser was filled however the bathroom soap dispenser would not operate. Repair or replace the soap dispenser in the washroom.

      • 1. Black powder debris was noted on the deck by the emergency exit. Clean and remove debris on deck as it made the deck slick and is a slip hazard.2. Paper towel in the washroom was not dispensing at the sink. Repair the paper towel dispenser.
