- The microbiological water sample submitted on 04/09/2025 was unsatisfactory: HPC >57000 CFU/mL. Operator noted that due to not washing hands after completing plumbing work the sample was contaminated. Advised operator to review sample process and ensure hands are washed to prevent further contamination. Based on chemical logs water chemistry was in range when tested by the operator. Operator stated they would send in a sample tomorrow.

- 1. The pH tested from the pool was 7.67 and the pH reading from the chemical controller was 6.9. The values were not consistent. Make the necessary adjustments to the chemical controller to ensure that the manual and controller readings are consistent.2. The free chlorine in the pool was at or above 6 ppm. Check to ensure that the chemical controller set points are adjusted to ensure the chlorine over doses what is needed to maintain a reasonable chlorine residual.
