Service the flow meter so that it is measuring the correct flow rate. Current flow rate that was observed was 30 GPM. This flow is below the minimum required flow for the system.

Check to ensure that the chemical controller setpoints are adjusted to ensure the chlorine over doses what is needed to maintain a reasonable chlorineresidual.
